The Vaad Hoier of Cincinnati, Inc. doing business as Cincinnati Kosher, is Cincinnati's non-profit organization to promote Kashruth. We offer kosher supervision and certification for local markets, caterers, delis, restaurants, and factories to ensure that kosher food is available for people like you and me.

We will assist families in learning about Kashruth and in how to make their homes kosher; our professionals are available to speak to groups such as our Jewish day schools, religious schools, and adult education classes. 

While each of us may be at  different levels of observance, the CK sets the community standard in Cincinnati that is inclusive of everyone and one with which all of us can be comfortable. In order to serve the community, we employ three professionals: Rabbi Avrohom Weinrib who is responsible for kashruth supervision, certification, and education, Rabbi Michoel Stern who is responsible for supervision, and Rabbi Chaim Barry who is responsible for bookkeeping.
